Confirm Product Identity
Check the brand, model, image, color and current packaging version.

Check Stock and Cartons
Order in whole cartons per model. Colours may mix within the same model; different models cannot share a carton. Colour selection and notes are optional. Confirm any colour allocation with the quotation. Use the verified carton quantity for the selected brand and model; if none is published, request confirmation with the quotation.

Receive the Current Quotation
Review price, validity, payment, dispatch, freight and available documents in writing.

Confirm the Order
Approve models, colors, complete-carton quantities and destination-market requirements.

Complete Payment
Full payment is required before the order enters dispatch preparation.

Check Order and Packing
Products, quantities, packing and carton marks are checked against the confirmed order.

Arrange Dispatch
Ready-stock orders are normally dispatched within 2–3 days after full payment and confirmation of the selected models' availability. Confirm the schedule in the quotation; this is dispatch time, not arrival time.
