Check availability
The export team checks the current product list, stock and carton packing.

Confirm quotation
Price, quantity, payment, dispatch timing and freight responsibilities are stated in the current quotation.

Prepare the order
Approved models and quantities are organized for picking, packing or production-related preparation.

Inspect product and packing
Product identity, appearance, unit packing, labels and carton condition are checked against the order.

Pack by SKU and color
Each SKU and color remains subject to its confirmed complete-carton packing.

Prepare shipment documents
The commercial invoice, packing list and available product documents are prepared for the order.

Arrange dispatch
Stocked orders are normally arranged within 2–3 days after full payment and availability confirmation.
