When you prepare or send an inquiry, you may provide your name, company, country, email, phone number, product interests and buying requirements.
How we use it
We use inquiry information to respond, prepare product or quotation communication, keep business records and protect the website from abuse.
Cookies and optional analytics
Essential site functions work without optional cookies. Analytics or advertising cookies are used only when you allow the relevant category and the corresponding service is enabled.
4. Inquiries and your choices
You can contact us through WhatsApp, the inquiry form or email.
- Form submissions, including contact details, selected products, quantities, notes and visit source, are recorded in Feishu and shared with our sales team in a Feishu notification group to prepare and follow up your quotation.
- WhatsApp opens a separate service. Review the prepared message and press Send there; opening WhatsApp alone does not submit an inquiry to our form system.
- Analytics and advertising are separate optional choices. Even without optional browser storage, the current page and its campaign information can accompany an inquiry you submit. Campaign click identifiers can relate to a visitor; do not put personal or sensitive information in campaign links.
5. Retention
Different records have different retention periods.
- Browser attribution expires after 90 days and privacy choices after 180 days. Expired records are no longer used and are cleared or replaced on your next visit; a closed browser cannot be cleared remotely.
- A shared product-selection link is accessible for up to 7 days. Copies in messages, screenshots or downloads are outside this link expiry.
- Inquiry records and business correspondence are retained as needed for follow-up, contracts, legal obligations and disputes. Contact us to request access, correction or deletion; we do not promise automatic deletion on a fixed date.
6. Service providers and shared links
We do not sell your data.
- Vercel hosts the site. Feishu supports inquiry records and sales notifications. Upstash temporarily stores shared selections and technical records used to prevent duplicate submissions.
- Anyone holding a selection link can view its products, quantities and notes without signing in. A long selection may be stored before you send the WhatsApp message. Do not include confidential or sensitive information in notes.
- WhatsApp and email providers handle messages in their services. If you enable analytics, Google Analytics may process usage data. Provider processing may occur outside your country; contact us for details or privacy requests.
Your choices
You can withdraw optional consent through Cookie Preferences and request access, correction or deletion by emailing sales@chunqingbeauty.com.
